The Smooth Ripple Blanket is a take on the classic Ripple design. It is made with 3 different colours of yarn and is really easy to make.

The Ripple design is where your stitches are shaped to create a zigzag pattern. It’s a popular design to use for blankets as it’s an interesting yet easy pattern to make.

The repeating pattern makes it the ideal project to crochet easily while watching your favourite TV show, just remember to change colours every few rows. This makes it the perfect pattern for beginners.

To make the Smooth Ripple Blanket you will need:

  • 1829 meters of DK yarn split across 3 colours
  • 4mm hook
  • Needle to weave in your ends

The pattern includes the instructions on how to make your blanket wider, so that you can make the blanket the size you need it to be.
