Introduction

This fitted, slightly cropped tee features a classic cable body and a high neck. It is worked seamlessly from the bottom-up and utilises a 3 needle bind off for the shoulders. The short sleeves and mock neck are picked up from the main body and finished in 1x1 rib for a stretchy finish. Knitted in a wool-blend, this tee is surprisingly not too warm for the spring and summer seasons, but it’s also perfect for layering over long sleeved tops for transitional styling!

Materials

3 / 4 / 4 / 5 balls each of Knitting For Olive “Merino” (273y/250m per 50g) held double with Knitting For Olive “Soft Silk Mohair” (246y/225m per 50g) or any other combination of yarns to provide an overall DK weight yarn.

1 set of 4mm double pointed needles (or size needed for gauge).

80cm 4mm circular needle (or a length closer to the desired circumference of your tee).

Darning needle for sewing in ends.
