See my angel spinning some clouds in my latest GIF!
These angels are a fast and easy three-hour project, that will look great on your Christmas tree! They also make a special gift for those who have sadly lost someone this year.
The angels are knit in the round with a detailed step-by-step photo tutorial for the finishing.
Given the little amount of yarn needed for the dolls, I think this is a great, scrappy project. I use worsted as it makes the dolls nice and sturdy and allows them to stand independently. For tight knitters I recommend using fingering or sport yarn.
To make your own angel, you’ll need:
- One 12mm wooden bead for the head
- One pipe cleaner for the body
- Scrap yarn
- A set of dpns
- One free evening
-
A BIG thanks to all my wonderful test knitters!
