Fine Merino Socks, Handgefärbt 4 fach, 420 m bei 100g (Hauptfarbe) 2 Strang für alle Grössen

Lang Yarn Sockenwolle 4 fach uni, 420m bei 100 g (Kontrastfarbe) für alle Grössen 3 Knäul

2 Rundstricknadel Nr. 3, 60 bis 80 cm
1 Nadelspiel Nr. 3
2 Hilfsnadeln zum Maschenstill legen
4 Maschenmarkierer (rot, blau, grün, lila)
Hilfsgarn (Wolle in einer anderen Farbe, für den provisorischen Maschenanschlag)
1 Häkelnadel Nr. 3, für den provisorischen Maschenanschlag

“So oder So” (German for “This way or that”) is a sweater with decorative short rows, worked flat and seamed with sleeves knit in the round, with additional length extension option. The 19 page pattern is written out row by row, contains a schematic and work step photos and comes in 4 sizes.

Dimensions of finished sweater after washing:
Size 34/36 (S): 82 cm [32.3 in] chest circumference
Size 38/40 (M): 90 cm [35.4 in] chest circumference
Size 40/42 (L): 104 cm [41 in] chest circumference
Size 44/48 (XL): 116 cm [46 in] chest circumference

You will need
Yarn:
Main color = long color repeat: Wollnis hand-dyed (by Petra Neumann, Kreativladen), 420 m [460 yds]/100 g [3.5 oz], 2 skeins total for each one of the sizes

Contrasting color = solid color: Lang Yarn 4-ply sock yarn fingering weight, 420 m [460 yds]/100 g [3.5 oz], 3 skeins total for each one of the sizes

Tools

– (2) circular knitting needles 3 mm [US2.5], 60 to 80 cm [24 to 32 in] long
– (1) DPN set 3 mm [US2.5] or short circular for the sleeves
– (2) auxiliary needles or stitch holders to hold sts
– (4) stitch markers (1 red, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 purple)
– auxiliary yarn (a remnant of tear-resistant yarn in a different color for the provisional cast-on)
– (1) crochet hook 3 mm [US between C and D], for provisional cast-on
– (1) tapestry needle to weave in sts

Gauge: after washing
Garter st 30 sts and 26 ridges (52 rows) = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 in]
Stockinette 30 sts and 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 in]
