A doctor who received the first of these hats called this her Somebody Hat. She said she felt like Somebody when she wore it and it was her favorite hat. Whether you or the recipient are going to wear this due to loss of hair of because it is darn cute, it will fit quite well and is a great conversation starter.

This pattern includes a simple stockinette pattern and is knit from brim to crown (bottom to top). In parts of the pattern, two strands of yarn will be held together to as act as one yarn when knitting.

This pattern has been test knitted.

• ~3-3.5 STS/inch in stockinette with single strand of main yarn, 3-5 rows/inch
