Note: This pattern is written for two circular needles and worsted weight wool yarn. Those familiar with sock knitting can easily knit this pattern using their preferred needles.

This sock is a fun way to try your hand at stranded knitting . When finished, you’ll have a charming pair of sweetheart boot socks. This pattern will also walk you step-by-step through the two circular needle process.

Using worsted weight yarn, these socks are a quick knit that any feet would be thrilled to wear. The pattern is offered in one size to allow the knitter to learn the basics of stranded sock knitting on two circular needles.

This pattern provides step-by-step instructions for the intuitive heel turn, how to knit socks on two circular needles, the fitted arch and the Kitchener stitch.

As an added bonus, in addition to the Sweet (hearts), there is a Sassy (bugs) version. Note—The stranded instructions are provided in chart form only.
