This design is worked top down seamlessly using a simple slip stitch (Mosaic) pattern and stockinette stitch. Yoke increases are worked using a kfb which is hidden in decortive garter ridges separating the different stitch pattern. The sleeves are worked with no shaping to contribute to the flowing effect of a poncho and end with dramatic decreases and k2p2 rib to match the k2p2 turtleneck. The long cuff rib can either be worn straight to create bracelet length sleeves or folded up for ¾ length which also mimics the turtleneck. The body has A-line shaping to create a loose flowing feel along the cropped bottom edge.
The pattern is written in 5 sizes:
XS, S, M, L, XL, and is meant to be worn with approximately 4-6”/10-15 cm of positive ease but sizing should be based on what you would be comfortable wearing.
