As my first pattern, I am proud to present to you, my tiny little knitted person “Sophia Doll”.

I am happy for you to knit up your own doll and sell in small numbers, provided you credit me. Please do not use my pattern or images without permission.

Materials

• 2.75mm circular needles
• 4mm circular needles
• 2 balls of yarn in skin color
• 1 ball of yarn for hair/eyebrow color
• A length of yarn for the iris
• A length of yarn for white of eyes
• 1 ball of yarn in main color for dress
• 1 ball of yarn in contrast color 1 for dress
• 1 ball of yarn in contrast color 2 for dress
• Tapestry needle (a straight tip needle)
• 5-6mm wide elastic
• Pet brush (with bent metal teeth)
• Hair straighteners
• Alcohol marker to colour in the lips
• Blush or eyeshadow in the colour of choice for adding blush to the cheeks
• Small makeup brush for applying the blush

GAUGE for the doll

24 stitches - 35 rows per 10cmm/4 inches using stockinette stitch, worked on 2.75mm needles

GAUGE for the dress

22 stitches - 35 rows per 10cm/4 inches using garter stitch, worked on 4mm needles
