This pattern is more than just a garment; it’s a celebration of resilience. After a year of battling depression and leaving my career behind, I found healing in every stitch. Soulful Flow features a revolutionary shoulder construction designed to embrace your body perfectly, blending professional tailoring with the softness of mohair. It’s a reminder that even after the darkest days, we can always find our ‘flow’ again.

The Soulful Flow pullover is knitted in a top-down construction. Begin by knitting the Back Panel, then pick up stitches along the shoulders to work the Left and Right Front Shoulder pieces. Next, join these two shoulder pieces together to continue knitting the Front Panel. Once both panels are complete, sew the side seams of the Front and Back together. Finally, use circular needles to pick up stitches for the sleeves and finish by picking up stitches to knit the neckline.
