A square dishcloth, knitted in the round, from the outside in.
The mostly garter stitch body consists of 4 identical sections, shaped into triangles by regular, raglan type decreases. The sections together form the square.
The garter stitch pattern is broken by a stockinette stitch stripe with a decorative pattern stitch in a second colour.

Put two of my dishcloths into your cart and pay for only one! No code needed.

The pattern comes with charts as well as round by round written instructions, and instructions on how to change size for a larger item with the same stitch pattern.

Reminiscent of peaceful afternoons on the seaside, this dishcloth features a stripe of a decorative, conch shaped stitch that breaks the monotony of the garter stitch body.
With its handsome looks the cloth is very suitable as a gift, or it can be a bright spot in one’s own kitchen/bathroom.
It can also be resized, and made into lovely placemats, rugs or baby blankets. In its original size it can also be used as a blanket square.
