This style of lighthouse is a caisson lighthouse. It is often called a spark plug light, due to its shape. There is one visible from my neighborhood called the Conimicut Lighthouse. It has some interesting stories associated with it, ranging from dramatic rescues to hauntings and murder.

I designed this block after I finished knitting all the charts in the Quarantine Mystery KAL that Arne and Carlos ran, but the chart could be used anywhere you are in need of a lighthouse.
