Speedy is a reversible cowl that looks like a racetrack. It’s my way of making something positive out of those days where one has to be speedy to juggle fifty things at a time. While we long for a cup of tea and a bath, Speedy can be something pleasing if one knits it (slowly, of course) rather than lives it.

True confession: I was actually making a blanket and I wasn’t speedy enough so I turned it into a cowl…

Materials

2 skeins Manos Maxima (100% Merino wool, 218 yards) in Natural (Color A), 1 skein in Shocking (Color B.)

or 400 yards of worsted yarn for main color and 180 yards for contrasting color.
