A pair of snuggly fingerless mitts ideal for using up leftover yarn. These are made with an art yarn handspun by
our lovely friends from Gongcrafts yarns. It is a mix of
merino, seaweed and black bamboo and has a strand of
sparkle running through it. It is a very soft, warm yarn.

The backs of the mittens use a spider lace pattern, more
generally used as an all-over pattern, but here turned into
an insert pattern to fit the back of the hand. The pattern
uses an after-thought thumb.
