Spinney Mountain
by Kate Agner
Named after a State Park in Colorado, this cowl works great with color shifting yarns or scraps. Pattern is worked in the round as a long tube, then folded for 2 layers of warmth and to hide the back of the stranded colorwork. Pattern provides a warm cowl that can be pulled over the ears in extreme weather.
