This easy, quick to knit cowl consists of spirals of knits and purls intersected with a simple 4 stitch cable twist every four rows. This is a great pattern for learning to read your knitting – we forego the beginning of round marker since the pattern offsets one stitch to the right each round, and place a row of cable twists by counting rounds since the last cable twist.
