Spring Crocus Shawl by Ingrid Kopka

After first designing the Linedancing Shawl and the Mia Shawl, I thought, why not write down the basic pattern from which both are constructed? So, here it is.

Only, since then I came up with another idea, which was to add a nice flower border which makes it perfect for Spring!

So the Spring Crocus Shawl was born during the warmest days of February 2019.

But, what is more, I have lots more ideas on how you could customize your own.

I’m hoping you will be inspired to experiment.

Finished size (unblocked): 154cm x 51cm

Yarn used:
3x 100g Hobium Yarns La Mia Silky (300m/100g) Acrylic Microfiber Col. L019

Hook used: 3mm

Yarn could be replaced by Cotton 4ply yarn for a simiilar size and drape . I recommend a 3.5mm hook.

If using thicker yarns then find a larger hook size that will give you a nice drape, you might need to experiment a bit first.

Required yarn amounts/length may vary.

For personal use only. All sales are final, no refunds given.

And don’t forget to share your creations via ravelry (make a project page with photos),Share your creations here on ravelry plus tag them with #springcrocusshawl and #funkycrochetshawl so I can follow your makes on Instagram as well!
