Stella Novella, the inadvertent inspiration for this stocking came instantly when a friend referred to my first stocking pattern (Stella Nova) as Stella Novella. My mind was taken over by reds, oranges, and golds, hearts and flames, and passionate warmth.

The Stella Novella Stocking is the third in my stocking series that engages knitters with Scandinavian and Baltic inspired knitting techniques resulting in head-turning knits to grace any holiday décor or celebration – cozy works of art.

The Stella Novella Stocking is a detailed and rewarding project. An heirloom quality knit that will engage experienced knitters and adventurous novices alike.
