This fun and simple bag works up quickly and creates some cute spring vibes with the addition of sweet little flower accents stitched into the corner. It has a lot of flexibility for personalization when it comes to colours, buttons and the strap. The finished bag measures approximately 8 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches.

Inside the pattern you will find:

  • Detailed written instructions
  • Clear photos
  • Required tools, approximate yardage required

Materials Needed:

  • Approximately 199 yards of worsted weight cotton yarn. I used WeCrochet Dishie in the Begonia colourway. Yardage amount may differ slightly based on the length and width of your bag strap. Mine was 34 ½ inches long ½ inch wide. Please note the yardage for flowers is not included in the pattern as they use such a small amount
  • 4mm hook or other hook size needed to achieve gauge
  • 1 button for fastener (optional). Button in photo is 28mm
  • Thread and needle to match your button for sewing
  • Small buttons or beads for tiny flower accents (I used 8mm)
  • Thread and needle to match the button/bead on your flower accents for sewing
  • Yarn needle
  • Scissors
  • Measuring tape
