Stoccas Beanie
This DK (8 ply) beanie uses stranded colorwork with a corrugated ribbing band featuring a block pattern. Only two colours are used per row, and there are almost no long floats to catch, making it beginner-friendly for those new to stranded knitting or if you are looking for something easy and fun to do.
It is also ideal for using up left over yarn. Feel free to substitute colours from your stash and make something unique. The corrugated ribbing can be replaced with a plan ribbing if you prefer.
Stoccas is the old English word for ‘blocks’.
