Happy New Year! Our newest kit - the Stollen Shawlen was accidentally inspired by watching WAY too many hours of Bake-off. As I was knitting this, I looked up and saw Kate’s New Year’s Stollen - then looked down and realized I was kind of knitting it! I’m sure it won’t be as tasty as hers, but the combo of the yarns and the fun, easy stitch pattern is certainly yummy!

The Stollen Shawlen uses Juniper Moon Stargazer Brushed which give the shawl a light, super soft feel and Noro Kureopatora with its gorgeous long color repeats for a perfect blend! Both of these yarns also have incredible yardage so that you can actually get a reasonable size shawl out of just 1 of each (the small kit) which should measure 60” wingspan and 24” at its maximum depth. You can also choose the large kit and get two balls of each and have a big, snuggly wrap up in 74” (or longer) wingspan!

This pattern will be free for the first 1000 downloads with code FREESTOLL and free with purchase of any of my other patterns (put both into your cart before using the code)and code FREESTOLLEN for one week.
