This shawl is simple and yet elegant, and has the potential to be a great weekend project, and it’s portability is great!

I designed this shawl for the Knitting 101 series, and realized that other knitters would love another easy and mindless pattern in between all of their more involved projects too. It’s a great beginner project for those who are self taught or are wanting to learn (cough, cough… I teach classes and this is Lesson #3 in the Knitting 101 Series).

Supplies Needed:

US Size 8/5mm 32” knitting needles

(1) Ball of Colorburst by Universal Yarn (Sample shown in Earth & Sky) (660yd)

OR

(2) Hanks of Lucid Yarns Tolai DK by Fox & Hare Creations (sample in ‘Mint’)- 246 yd each

Large Eye Darning Needle

Scissors
