ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Skill Level: Intermediate

Size: The finished bag is approx. 15” wide and 15” high. Each square is approx. 5.25” x 5.25” (7” diagonally).

Yarn: Any size 4 (medium) yarn in two colors. You will need approx. 15 yds of each color for each square (x 13 squares = 195 yds of each color) and 135 yds for joining and the bag border & strap.

I used Impeccable yarn by Loops & Threads. This yarn is size 4 (medium) and 100% acrylic. A skein is 285 yds / 260 m and 4.5 oz / 127.5 g. In total, I used 1 and 1/4 skeins of “Misty Blue” (blue – my main color) and less than 1 skein of “Heather” (beige – my contrasting color).

Crochet Hook Size: H/8 (5.00 mm).

Other Materials: Yarn needle, scissors, a measuring tape and stitch markers.

Terminology: The pattern is written in English for right-handed crochet using standard US crochet terminology.
