Stripes is a cute and cuddly penguin. This toy uses increases and decreases for shaping, and the body is knitted in stripes of colour in stockinette. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the penguin is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Paintbox Yarns Simply DK; double knitting/light worsted weight; 100% acrylic; one 100g/276m skein in each colour.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, toy filling, and beads for eyes.

SIZES
One size only - 23cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
