This stripey, cropped tank is constructed from the bottom up with a twisted rib edging, stockinette body, and split at the arms to be worked flat for the front and back. The shoulders are joined using a 3-needle bind off, then a twisted rib mock neckline, and the armholes are finished with an i-cord bind off.

Yarn — Fingering weight yarn in 1 main color (MC) and 5 contrast colors (CC).

260 (285, 315, 340) [385, 415, 450] (495, 530, 560) [625, 650, 680] yds MC
40 (45, 50, 55) [60, 65, 70] (75, 85, 90) [100, 105, 110] yds each CC

This pattern is perfect for scraps, mini skeins, or really any fingering weight yarn! For my first sample I used leftover yarn from my stash, some 100% merino, some merino/nylon, some 4-ply, some 2-ply!
