This has been the first crochet pattern I’ve ever designed, and it has completely opened my eyes to the world of crochet designing. It’s certainly a lot harder than I thought it would be, but it has definitely been worth it!

A couple of notes to mention about the pattern:

• I used Rico Design Creative Cotton Aran in Red and Green.
• You’ll also need some white embroidery thread to create the seeds, plus stuffing, sewing needle, scissors, and a stitch marker.
• This pattern has two strawberry designs - one large, one small - and has been written for the creation of four strawberries in total. However, you can obviously make as many of each as you like.
• My three pattern testers (two who are quite new to crochet/crochet pattern reading) all found this pattern simple to follow. So don’t be turned off if you’re new to crochet.
• Although this pattern is written in US terms, in the PDF download there is a conversion guide for UK terms as well.
• Please do not copy or reproduce this pattern, however I am more than happy if you’d like to sell your makes using the pattern. Just double check the copyright notice below for more information.
