’Such A Cute Little Vest!’ will keep their bodies warm, without the extra bulk of sleeves.
It is a simple little cardigan vest knit in stockinette stitch, and trimmed with garter stitch.
For a little extra pizzazz, it has a foldover collar, also knit in garter stitch.

Pattern includes clearly written instructions for 3 sizes.
Pattern includes detailed instructions for Right Front and Left Front shaping.
All samples were knit with Berroco Vintage yarn.
Pattern requires 1-2 skeins of Berroco Vintage (217 yds worsted weight each), or any equivalent light worsted weight yarn.

Small (6-12 months), sample shown in color 5192 / Chanal Dal, 1 skein.
Medium (12-18 months), sample shown in color 5175 / Fennel, 1 skein.
Large (2-4 years), sample shown in color 51181 / Ruby, 2 skeins.

Length can easily be adjusted, by working more or less rows before armhole shaping. Keep in mind that you may need additional yarn if making the garment longer.

Recommended needles are size 8 (for body) and size 6 (for garter stitch trim).

’Such A Cute Little Vest!’ is knit flat in pieces, so you can use straight or circular needles - whichever type you prefer to work with.
