Closing the yarn overs (by working them tbl on WS) allows for a rippled fabric without the lacy holes.

Worked flat, bottom-up across the short width.
Blocking not required. Dry cleaning is recommended.
To retain styling versatility there are no buttonholes included in the design as written.
