Summer Breeze Shawl-Like Scarf
You’ll need one color for the 2 edge garter bands, a second color for the two lace sections, and a third color for the middle garter band. Or play with any number of color changes, using up to 5 different colors.
Yarn: DK summer fiber yarn (or wool for a fall/winter variation). I loved using Berroco Cotton Cashmere! I used 1 ball each of green, grey, and blue.
Needle: Size 6 32” or 40” circular needle. (You will need this to accommodate the large cast on, and will be working back and forth instead of in the round.)
Other Tools: 1 stitch marker, something for weaving in ends, and a size 8 needle or any type and length for the bind off.
Gauge is unimportant for this project, but DK is a lovely weight to wear around your summer neck!
