This pattern was initially designed in 2019 as a benefit for Project Knitwell, a non-profit volunteer organization providing knitting as a wellness tool to help people copy with stressful times.

It looks more complicated than it is. Because of the gradual increase in stitches, you get so familiar with the lace pattern that it almost tumbles out of your brain while you work it. DO USE STITCH MARKERS.

The pattern also includes a stockinette version.

Solitude Wool]2 designed special colorways Targhee PK colorway (3-ply semi-worsted spun sock yarn) for the project.

The pattern can be worked with two colors or a single color (see photos). Single color yarn really shows the leaf design. It can also be worked with a light worsted yarn (see the gold shawl using Araucania worsted weight) on larger needles.

This triangular shawl is worked from the side with garter stitch borders.

Special thanks to Astrid Schmidt-Nielson whose “Basic Crescent Triangle” pattern (free in Ravelry) formed the framework for this shawl.

Errata (Jan 2020) Chart D, row 21, yo misplaced. After the 2/2LC, k5, yo, k1, yo etc.
Chart G, row 17 is missing the 2/2LC.
