Overview of design:
Designed for light layering, this modified dropped shoulder sweater celebrates transparency using a laceweight silk/mohair blend. Large eyelets feature on the front of the garment.

Version 1 uses sewing thread to give the appearance of suspending eyelets in mid air, is full length and has a fingering weight I-cord binding around the neckline and sleeves.

Version 2 Eyelet rows are knitted in a contrast fingering weight yarn, is slightly cropped with short row shaping on the back giving a high-low hem, and the sleeve hem features an eyelet edge.

Summer love is knitted top down with side and sleeve seaming. The sleeves are knitted in the flat starting at the top of the sleeve. The 2 x 2 ribbed hem for the body is knitted after seaming.
Recommended positive ease is 20-30cm (8-12 inches).
Version 1 (green) pictured with 32 cm positive ease and version 2 (turquoise) pictured with 28cm positive ease.
