Grace is part of the Summer’s Glory Series. This is a sampler scarf in the Orenburg style. It is knit in a garter ground, meaning that every row is knit. Right side (RS) and Wrong Side (WS) are all knitting. There are only 4 stitches: K, K2tog, K3tog, and YO.

My version of Grace has a beaded edging on each end. This was done with crochet using a small crochet hook and 6/0 beads.

This series of scarves is meant to be fun and to use the yarn you have in your stash.

Although lace weight yarn is usually used for Orenburg style knitting, you may use fingering weight or even dk weight. There is no gauge, so if you use something other that lace weight, match your needle to your yarn/thread.
