Description: The Sunny Skies Circle Bag employs the intriguing technique of embossed crochet, creating a relief image. Worked with a double strand of worsted weight yarn, this bag is very sturdy without a fabric lining. A chunky crocheted button makes even the back side pretty, and a purse handle of your choice gives a polished finish. Note: some of my testers chose to crochet a handle, which you are welcome to do, but there are no instructions for this in the pattern.

The name of this pattern was inspired by an underrated (in my opinion!) James Taylor song.

Level: Intermediate. This pattern involves increasing and decreasing with post stitches, crab stitch, and working in the round.

This pattern includes a photo tutorial for BOTH lefties and righties!

Note: my testers had a wide range of yardages. I’m not sure why this is, but I kept the range large to reflect this - I would hate for you to run out of yarn!
