These super easy pumpkins are knitted flat on straight needles using a simple 1-row repeat with no shaping. Includes 3 sizes and yarn options for worsted, 2 strands of DK held together, or chunky yarn—perfect for cozy autumn décor, doorstops or pincushions.

They are also quick to make, especially the first 2 sizes - you can definitely make all 3 in one weekend.

I combined 1 strand of oatmeal and 1 strand of cream DK for the small size, the green one is done with worsted and the large pumpkin I combined 2 shades of orange. So you can really play with your stash!

Sizes:
Small: 12cm in diameter, 10cm tall (incl. Stalk) – 5” by 4”
Medium: 20cm in diameter, 15cm tall (incl. Stalk) – 8” by 6”
Big: 24cm in diameter, 18cm tall (incl. Stalk) – 9 1/5 by 7”

The small size calls for 20g plus 5g for the stalk.
Medium size - 50g + 5g for stalk.
Large size - 120g + 5g for stalk.

For stuffing I used cotton wool but you can also use polyfil, or if you want them to be heavier (say you don’t want them flying off the porch) or you want them as doorstoppers, you can fill them with dry lentils/beans/rice.

They also make lovely handmade gifts.
