The Supernova Tee is a great way to show off Mont Tricot’s Sutton Glitz. The original is knit with 2 strands of Sutton Glitz held together (Berry Color). You can also knit it with 1 strand of dk and 1 strand of Glitz for a mini nova, less bling, tee (yellow colorway shown.). I call this the mininova.

Supernova is knit top down and is completely seamless. Short rows are added after the ribbing to raise the back. Once the yoke is complete, you put the sleeves on hold and continue with the body.

This tee is intended to be worn with 5-7”/12.5cm- 17.5cm positive ease. To pick your best size, measure your high bust and add your desired ease, then pick the finished bust circumference closest to that number.

Le chandail Supernova est un excellent moyen de mettre en valeur le fil Sutton Glitz de Mont Tricot. Le modèle original est tricoté avec deux brins de Sutton Glitz tricotés ensemble (la couleur baie). Vous pouvez également le tricoter avec un brin de fil DK et un brin de Glitz pour obtenir un mini nova, moins brillant, pour un t-shirt (la couleur jaune).

Supernova est tricoté de haut en bas et est entièrement sans coutures. Des rangs raccourcis sont ajoutés après les côtes pour relever le dos. Une fois l’empiècement terminé, vous mettez les manches en attente et continuez avec le corps.

Ce chandail est conçu pour être porté avec un aisance positive de 12,5 cm à 17,5 cm. Pour choisir la taille qui vous convient le mieux, mesurez votre tour de poitrine haut et ajoutez l’aisance souhaitée, puis choisissez le tour de poitrine fini le plus proche de ce chiffre.
