A Garter stitch modular sweater. Pictured sweaters all have “suspender effect” created by use of contrasting yarns, however this construction method may be used with a single color.

Sweater pattern is given in two forms: conceptual and detailed. Conceptual pattern uses any yarn and the needles required to yield a good fabric. Detailed pattern suggests yarns, needles and gauge. Specific instructions for sizes 32 through 40 are easily modified.

Instructions are given for cardigan and pullover. Cardigan has instructions for i-cord buttonholes.
