Here’s a lovely little daisy square to welcome the happy days of Spring!

The flower uses a simple popcorn stitch for the petals, and the leaves are unique and detailed. Add the Sweet Daisy Square to a mix-and-match afghan, or make a pretty blanket full of flowers!

This square has been worked in Worsted and DK, but any weight yarn can be used with its appropriate hook. I have rated the square intermediate, but would encourage adventurous beginners to give it a try.

The pattern includes photos for each round on a separate page, clear charts for stitch placement, and separate PDF’s for US or UK terminologies.

This lovely little square is the baby sister to the Love Blooms Block, with this block being squared, smaller and excluding the lace joins.
