The project is worked using double seed stitch and a simple two row eyelet pattern. These stitches give the piece a delicate texture and feel. It is a very easy pattern to memorize. This shawl is worked top down using Long Dog Yarns colorway Champagne Toast.

This pattern version requires all of this 463 yard skein. If you have less yarn, omit the Double Seed stitch border section and just continue in the Lace Section pattern a time or two more. Make sure to leave enough yarn to bind off using your favorite stretchy method.

With aggressive blocking the shawl measures 18 inches (45.72 cm) at deepest point and 90 inches (228.6 cm) across from point to point. Less aggressive blocking with give the seed stitch sections more definition and a less open and airy fabric.

I found this to be a very quick and easy knitting project.
