This small cowl was made for my daughter to wear for Valentine’s Day. Knit in her favorite colors, the hearts are small enough to not overwhelm her but are also cute enough to wear beyond Valentine’s Day. Additionally, the length of the cowl makes it easy for her to remove when she’s tired of wearing it! I hope that a little one in your life will also enjoy the cowl!

The cowl is begun with a provisional cast on. Then, a chart is provided for you to knit in the round until you reach the desired length for your cowl. The ends of the cowl are then grafted together with a Kitchener stitch. This cowl is easy to customize for a wider or longer look, just by adding repeats of the pattern on each row or by knitting until the cowl reaches a longer length.
