Swoon Pantaloon is a tank top onesie with a racer back. It has LOTS of room in the hips and waist for baby rolls, and hits just below the knees for a great three season option. The pattern begins by knitting each leg separately (in the round or on double pointed needles), then the legs are joined to finish the body by knitting in the round. The top and back are worked flat with basic decrease stitches, but the pattern gives fun detailing like the center front seam and the racerback. A very suitable pattern for a beginner knitter, Swoon Pantaloon is worked in DK weight yarn, and
knits up in no time!
