18” x 18” (46 cm x 46 cm) pillow (Note: the finished pillow measures 16” x 16” square if measured along outside edges. Pillow measures 18” from one edge to the other when measured across the loft of the pillow).

Symmetricats is a tessellation of cats which occupy both the positive and negative space of the pattern. Primarily knit in Intarsia, though some Fair Isle techniques are used. You can finish the pillow as you like: with a knitted or fabric back -- with or without a zipper.

Use 4 x 50g 125m DK balls of yarn in 4 contrasting colors (i.e., 4 balls total, each a different color)

Finishing materials:
Fabric of your choice 18” x 18” (46 cm x 46 cm) or to match size of pillow
14” (36 cm) zipper (optional)
Matching sewing thread
18” (46 cm) pillow form
