Taimi is finnish and it means sapling. And for me it also means a new beginning, because this is my first knitting pattern.

It is a triangular shaped shawl, worked flat in one piece, from the top down. It got its name from the lace pattern where are little sapling leafs.

Gauge:
15 sts and 25 rounds = 10cm, stockinette stitch after blocking.

Materials:
-Stitch markers.
-Needles that give you right gauge.
-Yarn: 100g of fingering weight yarn
+50g of lace weight yarn

In the photos yarn is WoolMeOnce Wilhelmi (400m/100g, 70% finnish wool, 30% tencel) with WoolMeOnce kid mohair silk (420m/50g, 72% kid mohair, 28% silk) both in color blackberry jam jam.
