Team Zissou
This lightweight ribbed hat is defined by its bright red colour, neat structure, and quiet confidence against a vast blue sea. Its classic silhouette is imbued with a sense of maritime adventure and gentle whimsy, inspired by a love of Wes Anderson films. The rhythmic ribbing is designed to be soothing, while subtle shifts in the stitch pattern keep the knitter engaged.

CONSTRUCTION
The hat is knit from the bottom up, beginning with 3 x 3 rib. The decreases are made incrementally by adjusting the ribbed stitch pattern. The ribbing shifts from 3 x 3 to 3 x 2 to 2 x 2 and so on. There are a variety of decreases used to create a seamless look throughout the crown. Feel free to brush up on any that you are unfamiliar with. The length is easily adjustable.
