When I was diving into the world of amigurumi, one of the first things I wanted to learn how to make was a teddy bear. To me, it was a simple plush that could be created in so many different ways. If you search Pinterest or Ravelry for teddy bear patterns, you will find an unending list of every kind from large fluffy ones to tiny ones to sit on your desk. It can be overwheming to decide which to make and truly you could make a different one every week for a long time. I have made several different teddy bear plushes in my years of crocheting, but I think this pattern is my favorite. It is a simple design with cute overalls to give it some personality. Plus I’m a sucker for a cute animal in human clothes. I designed this bear when my cousin asked for a blue bear for her son, for his Easter basket. I hope making this bear makes you smile as much as it made me smile.
