You can get this pattern 1 of 3 ways.

I didn’t want to charge extra for it - so it is available as a bonus pattern from any of these 3 sources:

If you already have one of the sources, just click on UPDATE to access the new stockinette version

If you need to buy it, you can choose any one of the 3 sources

I finally I got around to writing up the stockinette version of TGV.

The original TGV (High Speed Knitting) pattern was a super-simple construction that worked because of the flexible nature of garter stitch.

It was not possible to use the same construction with stockinette and get an attractive shape (beware the dreaded “hump”), but this is a relatively easy and relaxing shape to make - mainly kfb, with a limited number of m1L stitches and I can guarantee there will be no hump.

The shawl is completely reversible - with some yarns you may prefer the reverse stockinette side.

You can use virtually any type of yarn, virtually any weight - It can be as big or small as you like and your yarn allows.
