Description
That Basic Raglan Sweater is a top-down sweater with a raglan construction, back neck shaping (optional), three-quarter length sleeves (optional), and instructions available for a cardigan version with pockets (optional). Make your sweater striped like the sample or completely solid. Available in 9 inclusive sizes, worn with 0-2” 0-5 cm of positive ease. I originally created a free tutorial for the pullover version of this sweater years ago and have decided to really give this a good clean up and turn That Basic Raglan into a proper pattern. The original pullover tutorial is still available for free, but if you want a more in-depth pattern, then please consider purchasing this thoroughly tested and edited design. A wardrobe staple you’ll want to revisit again and again. The sweater samples are made in collaboration with Chelsea Yarns with exclusive kits available for pre-order on chelseayarns.com or at CAKEpalooza October 17th, 2025
