The 1-2-3 Shawl is a very beginner friendly pattern that uses 1 single skein of yarn! The pattern is a very easy repeat using the Half Double Crochet and the occasional chain stitch. The shawl is an asymmetrical triangle with a beautiful drape. I love how pretty this shawl turned out!
The pattern is easy to follow and has a great way to keep track of how many stitches you have in each row - the number of stitches and rows is always the same! In row 1, you will have 1 half double crochet, and in row 2 you will have two half double crochets. Hence the 1-2-3 Shawl! This continues on all the way to the end and is a great way to keep track of where you are in the pattern.
You can add another skein for a larger shawl if you want.
