The A-Hap is an asymmetrical hap with one coloured border, which is knitted directly unto the main body of the hap.
You start knitted from one end with only a few stitches, ending with a beautiful multicoloured border.
The A-hap is knitted sideways and has a wingspan of app. 280 cm and a depth of 65 cm, this makes it easily wearable as a wrap as well as a scarf.

Gauge is not importent for this pattern.
The A-Hap is knitted on a thicker needle then requiered by the yarn, to keep it lose and airy.

Yarn - any fingering yarn is oke.
My choice - Jamieson and Smith 2-ply jumper weight.
7 x 25 gr. dark brown (125) main body
2 x 25 gr. orange (125)
1 x 25 gr. toffee (32)
1 x 25 gr. dark blue (21)
1 x 25 gr. off white (1A)

The A-Hap was test knitted by
Marja van der Steen and Monique Dreef.
