Description:

The Alia Shawl is an intermediate Tunisian crochet pattern. It uses Mohair or Suri to create a beautiful, lightweight pattern with a lovely lace border. This design focuses on creating a delicate fabric with a sophisticated drape. There is also a fingering only version for those with sensitivity to Mohair or Suri.

The Alia Shawl is also a celebration of friendship and the incredible versatility of Tunisian crochet. Inspired by a thoughtful gift of mohair from my friend Alea, this design explores how a single pattern can be transformed by your yarn choice and hook size.

Whether you are looking for a cloud-like, ethereal accessory or a crisp, defined everyday shawl, the Alia Shawl has a version for you.
