Adding new lace repeats as the stitch count grows

Seaming the underarms

Construction Overview:

The Arluna Top is worked from the neckline down as one circular piece.

Begin with a long-tail cast-on and establish nine lace sections. Work kfb increases between these sections. As the stitch count grows, each increase section eventually holds enough stitches to form another complete lace repeat.

Continue working the lace and adding repeats until the top reaches your preferred length and coverage. Stopping sooner creates a smaller garment; knitting further creates a larger one.

Once the knitting is complete, seam the underarms to form the sleeves. You can also leave the sides open and wear Arluna as a light poncho.

The finished top has a flowing circular shape, an airy lace fabric and soft, wing-like sleeves.
