The Blairgowrie Beanie is named for the quaint Mornington Peninsula town about an hour out of Melbourne. Driving down ‘The Pen’ is one of my favourite ways to spend a quiet weekend afternoon, and I’m lucky to live so close to the Peninsula. I redesigned my original Blairgowrie Beanie for a worsted weight edition after spotting some amazing pink yarn that I knew I had to have in my favourite design of mine for my very own. The result is a versatile, cosy, wear-anywhere beanie!
